    We planned volunteers meeting next week.

    The volunteers met today and decided on couple of the things.

    1. We will wear the traditional dress.
    2. We will have a performance of traditional play/music.
    3. We will have some food samples to try with the ingredients written.
    4. We will show a powerpoint presentation if the projector is provided.
    5. We will introduce some traditional games.
    6. We will introduce our language, flag, and some culturally important things on the poster.
    7. We will be bringing some things for the people to actually see and touch.
    8. We will play our national anthem in the background.

    We will all try to be at the meeting on the 14th.

    Mrs. Magyar,

    It's a little late so I am not sure if you will read this message before tomorrow night.
    We will have a traditional fan dance for the performance.
    Can you tell me around what time we will be performing?
